“Manos Unidas por El Salvador” is a pioneering partnership between Banco Agrícola of El Salvador and the Pan American Development Foundation (PADF), wherein Banco Agrícola provides resources, managed by PADF, to fund local development projects proposed by Salvadoran immigrant communities. The “Manos Unidas” Transnational Development Fund matches funding for community-based remittance projects in El Salvador through a competitive selection process.
