PADF has designed and developed a matching grants fund supported by the private sector and other donors who recognize the important role immigrants can play in the economic development and integration of the Americas. 

The foundation has been a leader in corporate social investment strategies and engaging the private sector not only in philanthropy, but in sustainable partnership models that provide win-win approach for all stakeholders.  The transnational development fund has partnerships with financial institutions involved in remittance transfer services and provides an effective corporate social investment model that matches funding resources with efforts by immigrant organization groups. As a result of these partnerships, PADF has been able to facilitate interaction among a range of players in the remittance-for-development process who otherwise would not work together.
